We take the hassle out of open house signs for busy real estate agents. Our team places your signs in high-visibility spots, picks them up after the event, cleans them, and then stores them safely until you need them again. It’s one less thing for you to worry about — so you can focus on what you do best.

How it works

Step 1. Sign Up for our Monthly Service

Includes: Sign Storage, Cleaning, Repairs

Step 2. Once your sign up is complete we will reach out to schedule a time for us to pickup your signs for storage.

Free first time pickup within our coverage area

Step 3. Complete our weekly placement form providing info about your upcoming Open House

Include: Address, Date(s) and Times, Special Placement Requests, Any Access Requirements (Gated Community)

This form will be sent out weekly via email to all of our members.

Requests must be received 48 hours before the Open House

Pricing

Monthly Service Cost

$25 a month for up to 10 signs
+ $15 per month for each additional 10 signs

Placement Cost

$70 per Open House (Per Day)
$10 Discount per day, if 2 or more consecutive days at the same address

Service Example

Sunday evening: You sign up for our monthly service for 10 signs (Cost: $25)
Monday: We pickup your signs and move them to our facility
Tuesday: You receive our weekly placement request email on complete the form
Thursday: You have your open house, 2 hours before your open house we place the signs in their designated locations (We bill you $70)
Friday: No Open House
Saturday: Second Open House (at the same address as Thursday) - (Cost: $60)
Sunday: Third Open House (at the same address as Thursday) - (Cost: $60)
